Cocoa butter

Chemtech supplies deodorisers for cocoa butter production. The equipment is especially designed to soften flavour of cocoa butter while removing free fatty acids to 1.4% or lower as required. The system is based on either a spray type design or a packed column operating at very low vacuum. Deodorisation is a continuous process. Machinery for cooling and packing of cocoa butter and cocoa liquor is also supplied.
